She has a robust background in Human Resource Management and a passion for fostering employee development and organizational excellence. One of her key strengths lies in building and maintaining a positive and inclusive corporate workplace culture. Very adept at fostering a collaborative environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to perform at their optimal. Juliet also possesses a strong track record of developing and implementing Human Resource policies and procedures that ensures compliance with regulatory requirement s while also promoting fairness and consistency across all levels of the organization.
Juliet is a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Ilorin (B.Sc), An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) with a Human Resource Practitioners License (HRPL) to practice Human Resource. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree (Human Resource Specialization) from the prestigious Ahmad u Bello University (MBA).
Juliet wears several hat s in the corporate sector as the CEO of The HR Girl Consulting Ltd and she also currently serves as the Group Head of Human Resources & Administration in SMART RESIDENCES LIMITED leading and successfully managing well over 300+ staff where she leads Human Resource Strategy as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), handles development, recruitment, training, policy enforcement, and team development initiatives that are aligned with global best practices.
Chia Terkuma Emmanuel is a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources professional with over seven years of progressive experience in managing HR operations, organizational development, and employee relations across the development, healthcare, and real estate sectors.
He brings a deep understanding of performance management systems, change implementation, and talent optimization. With advanced degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and ongoing doctoral research in HR, he is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
Chia has a strategic mindset complemented by hands-on expertise in recruitment, policy implementation, and people management. His leadership style fosters inclusion, efficiency, and sustained employee engagement across diverse teams and environments.

She is a Career Coach, Keynote Speaker, and Human Capital Specialist. Njuara is a driving force, a human capital solutions specialist dedicated to simplifying the workplace and empowering both individuals and companies to thrive.
Currently, she serves as the Company Secretary, Group Head of Legal and Corporate Services at Smart Residences Ltd and doubles as the Company Secretary for The HR Girl Consulting Ltd.
Otaba Benard O. is a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with over seven years of progressive experience in business development, sales and marketing optimization, market research, and budget management. His career spans diverse sectors, including hospitality and tourism, real estate, and non-governmental organizations.
He brings strong expertise in market research, lead generation, prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities, consistently driving growth and expanding market presence.
Otaba holds a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Tourism Management and an M.Sc. in Business Administration, complemented by professional certifications in Project Management.
